1. When Tapered Bit is used for the first time, wipe off the protective grease on the thread of the drill pipe, clean the inner wall of the drill pipe with air or water, and then apply thread oil to the inner and outer threads of the drill pipe to prevent damage to the threads or hooks.

    2. When drilling, try to ensure that the drilling is vertical to avoid premature wear of the drill rod caused by the deflection or bending of the drilling.

    3. The starting rod should be connected between the impactor and the first drill rod, otherwise it will cause premature damage to the first drill rod.

    4. Every time you connect the drill pipe, remember to apply threading oil to the drill pipe thread and tighten the drill pipe; if the thread is not tightened, the thread connection becomes loose, causing the threads to grind each other and the crest becomes sharp, resulting in thread damage or sticking; If it is not tightened, the step of the female buckle is not tightened, resulting in air leakage, and in severe cases, fatigue fracture of the thread root of the male connector.

    5. When connecting the drill pipe, the male buckle must not collide with the shoulder and thread of the female buckle, and ensure that the male and female joints are aligned, and the buckle cannot be forcefully buckled when it is not aligned. Ensure the coaxiality between the main shaft of the power head of the drilling rig and the connecting drill rod.

    6. When it is difficult to unbuckle the drill pipe, a small hammer can be used to gently vibrate the threaded part of the joint. It is strictly forbidden to use a sledgehammer to strike the joint violently, which may cause thread deformation and damage.

    7. It is found that the thread of the Drill pipe is damaged in a small area (about 1-2 buckles, buckle length 10mm), and it should be repaired with a file in time before use.
