Preparations before start-up
1. The new rock drill is coated with anti-rust oil with high viscosity, which must be disassembled and cleaned before use. During reassembly, lubricating oil should be applied to the surface of each moving part. After installation, connect the safe drilling tools to the compressed air line, run with a small wind, and check whether the operation is normal.
2. Inject lubricating oil into the automatic oiler, please use the oil according to the instructions. The container for lubricating oil should be clean and covered to prevent rock dust and dirt from entering the oiler.
3. Always check the wind and water pressure at the workplace. If the wind pressure is too high, the damage of mechanical parts will be accelerated, and if the wind pressure is too low, the rock drilling efficiency will be reduced. If the water pressure is too high, the water will be poured into the machine to destroy lubrication, reduce the efficiency of the rock drill and corrode mechanical parts; if it is too low, the flushing effect will be poor (.
4. Check whether the used drill rods and drill bits meet the quality requirements. Unqualified drill rods and drill bits are not allowed to be used.
5. The air pipe is connected to the rock drill, and the impurities in the pipe should be blown out. When connecting the water pipe, to flush the impurities at the joint, the air pipe and water pipe must be tightened to prevent injury to people.
6. Insert the shank into the head of the rock drill, and turn the shank clockwise with force. If it does not turn, it means that there is a jam in the machine, which should be dealt with in time.
7. Tighten all the connecting bolts, open the wind to check the operation of the propeller, and start working only when the operation is normal.

Precautions at work
1. When opening the eye, it should be rotated slowly, and after the drilling depth of the hole reaches 10-15mm, it will gradually turn into full operation. In the process of rock drilling, the drill rod should be advanced in a straight line according to the hole design and should be located in the center of the hole.
2. The shaft thrust should be adjusted reasonably when rock drilling. If the shaft thrust is too small, the machine will bounce back, the vibration will increase, and the rock drilling efficiency will be reduced; if the shaft thrust is too large, the drill bit will be pressed against the bottom of the eye, which will make the machine run under overload, and it is easy to wear parts prematurely, which will slow down the rock drilling speed. .
3. When the rock drill is stuck, the shaft thrust should be reduced, and it can gradually become normal. If invalid, stop immediately. First use the wrench to slowly turn the drill rod, and then turn on the medium pressure to make the drill rod rotate slowly. It is forbidden to use the method of beating the drill rod.
4. Regularly observe the powder discharge situation. When the powder discharge is normal, the mud flows out slowly along the orifice; otherwise, blow the hole strongly. If it is still invalid, check the state of the water hole and the shank of the drill, and then check the condition of the water needle, and replace the damaged parts.
5. Pay attention to observe the oil reserve and oil output, and adjust the oil amount. Working without oil can cause premature wear of parts. When there is too much lubricating oil, it will cause contamination of the working surface.
6. Pay attention to the sound of the machine during operation, observe its operation, find problems and deal with them in time.
7. Pay attention to the working state of the Water Well Drilling Tools drill bit, and replace it in time if there is any abnormality.
8. Pay attention to rock conditions, avoid perforation along beddings, joints and fissures, prohibit breaking eyes, and always observe whether there is a danger of roofing or sideways.
9. Use the hole-opening function effectively. In the drilling process, an important link is the opening, which is done with reduced impact pressure and adjusted push pressure. The push pressure should be kept as low as possible to facilitate drilling on very steep rock faces and to avoid bending of the drill pipe.
