1.  Ensure Compatibility

2.  Downloading the Peacock TV App

• Step 1:  Press the  Home  button on your Samsung remote to access the main screen.
• Step 2:  Navigate to the  Apps  section (usually located in the bottom menu).
• Step 3:  In the search bar, type  Peacock  or scroll through the app library to find it.
• Step 4:  Once you find the Peacock TV app, select it and press  Install .
• Step 5:  Wait for the app to download and install.

3.  Signing in to Peacock TV

• Step 1:  After the app installs, you'll be directed to open it. Click on the  Peacock TV  app icon.
• Step 2:  You will be prompted to log in with your  Peacock account . If you don't have one, you can sign up directly within the app.

5.  Streaming Quality

• Resolution:  Depending on your internet connection and subscription plan, you can watch content in  HD  or  4K  quality.

  • Peacock Free : Offers limited content in standard quality.
  • Peacock Premium : Access all content in HD, including exclusive shows and movies.
  • Peacock Premium Plus : Includes ad-free streaming and higher-quality video content (4K where available).

6.  Troubleshooting for Smart TVs

• No Peacock TV App:  Make sure your Samsung Smart TV's  firmware  is up-to-date by going to  Settings > Support > Software Update .
• App Not Opening or Freezing:  Try restarting the TV or uninstalling and reinstalling the app from the Apps menu.
