1. Open a Peacock email:  Find any recent email from Peacock in your inbox.

2. Find the Unsubscribe link:  Scroll to the bottom of the email. Look for the “Unsubscribe” or “Manage Preferences” link. It's in fine print alongside copyright details.

3. Click the Unsubscribe link:  This will take you to a page to confirm your unsubscription.

4. Confirm your choice:  Follow the prompts on the page to complete your unsubscription.

Through your Peacock account settings.

1. Log in to your Peacock account:  Go to the Peacock website or app and sign in.

2. Access Account Settings:  Find your profile icon, “Account,” or “Settings” in the top right.

3. Find Email Notifications:  In Account Settings, look for “Email Notifications” or “Email Preferences.”

4. Turn off email notifications.

   • Toggle the switch.

   • Uncheck the box to stop promotional emails.

5. Save changes:  Make sure to save your updated settings.
