When you first take the CCELL Go Stik out of the box, you immediately notice something. For one thing, the pen shape is flatter than a circle, which prevents it from rolling or falling off the table. This is great because it adds some safety to using batteries with exposed cartridges. However, since the cartridges are not hidden in the device and are protected, you still have to be vigilant and careful.
Go-Stik is comfortable to hold in your hand. As I said, it is flatter than a circle, 91.5 mm high, 20 mm wide, and 15.2 mm deep. Thanks to its plastic body, the Go-Stik is very lightweight and weighs just 24 grams, making it ideal for use on the Go.
For this review, I received an electric blue version of Go-Stik. It has a two-tone gradient color that is purple near the top of the device and blends in turquoise at the bottom. The design is beautiful and the colors are very popular.
When you look at the front of the Go Stik, you'll find tobacco vaporizer battery LED lights. Below is the voltage slider, with 3.2V marked with "H" (high) and 2.8V marked with "L" (low). The slider is etched away, providing some grip. Finally, near the bottom of the device, you will find the CCELL logo. There is no sign on the device that says "Go Stik."
The 510 cartridge easily screws onto the top of the Go-Stik. While most cartridges can hold up to 1ml, there is a growing demand for larger carts in the market. Because this cartridge is not located inside the device like other 510 batteries, Go-Stik can accommodate oversized cartridges that hold 1ml of oil/distillate and above.
Go-Stik will support all 510 cartridges and is even compatible with 510 wax atomizers. While it may seem strange to have a large fuel tank on top of it, it can also be used for this purpose.
With the screw-in design, you also don't have to worry about using or losing any of the micro-cartridge adapters that are used with the "plug-in" tobacco vaporizer battery.
On the other hand, you have to be more careful with Go-Stik than with a battery that hides the cartridge inside the device. If you're not careful, you can easily break or break the ink cartridge in your pocket. For an exposed cartridge device like Go-Stik, drops are another, more worrisome thing.
When it comes time to charge your device, you can find the Type-C charging port on the side of the Go Stik.
The only accident I had while using Go-Stik was entirely my fault, but still worth mentioning. After it dropped onto the tiled floor of my kitchen the last time, the device developed cracks at the top where the shiny plastic meets the matte plastic. There were also some minor scratches from throwing the equipment in my pocket. As I said, dropping the tobacco vaporizer battery is entirely my fault, but be careful not to drop the battery if you want to avoid breaking it.
The CCELL Go Stik isn't the most feature-rich device. However, its simplicity may be just what some e-cigarette enthusiasts are looking for. Go-Stik's main feature is its ability to accommodate all 510 cartridges, regardless of size. As I mentioned before, even very large cartridges that far exceed the standard 1ml size can be installed.
Go-Stik's screw-in design makes it quick and easy to install your shopping cart without any adapters. Which is good, because sometimes these little guys get lost easily. In the past, I even accidentally threw them away while they were still hanging from my empty cart; That doesn't happen at Go-Stik.
Two voltage levels can be adjusted using a sliding switch. The two levels are printed on the device next to the slider button. "H" indicates the maximum setting of 3.2V and "L" indicates the minimum setting of 2.8V.
CCELL Go Stik is paint-activated and does not require the user to press any buttons to atomize. When you draw on the device, the LED tobacco vaporizer battery indicator will light up white. When the battery is low, the LED will start flashing, indicating that it is time to charge the device.
The Go Stik has a 280mAh tobacco vaporizer battery that can be charged via Type-C charging, with ports located on the side of the device. This device does not support straight-through charging, so unfortunately you cannot use it while charging.
There is no preheat mode on the Go-Stik, but it heats the material quickly. I found that once I smoked a handful, the device responded almost immediately and quickly heated the cartridge, providing good steam from the start. Even with the use of thick resin oil, the unit provided good steam on the first suction without problem.
