Do property agents deserve more credit? You see a lot of polls asking buyers and sellers about all sorts of property related topics but a great poll could be perhaps a poll asking the buyer or seller if they believe they might sell their house or purchase a home without aid from a Realtor. The outcome could be quite interesting.

The solution to that particular question needless to say will be different from person to person and the answers would depend on whether or not a customer or seller had ever tried to market their house by themselves, had tried to get a home by themselves, and real estate agent in glenfield if they had worked with a real estate agent before, an excellent determining factor of what answer they give would depend on what level of service the real estate agent gave to that particular client.

What determines a bad job? A retailer might say their Realtor did a bad job because their residence didn't sell.

The statement might be true however, many key reasons as to the reasons your house didn't sell can be found in to play. Did your house not sell because the agent didn't market the house properly? Or did your house not sell because after several attempts on the real estate agent's part to have the price reduced on the house, met with only the unwillingness to budge from the price,

l could possibly be another reason your house didn't sell. But is that the fault of the seller being unreasonable or that fault of the real estate agent not being aggressive enough or informing the seller the main reason FOR the price reductions. One might argue it is both parties fault.
