Less selections are available to you. The best course of action is to have your G Suite admin contact G Suite Help Center support on your behalf.

However, regardless of payment tier, everyone with an active G Suite Admin account has access to Google Support by phone, 24/7, wherever they are. If you prefer them, there is also chat and email.

With Google, the difference is not in price but in whether you are an administrator or not. Access to Google's phone, chat, and email assistance is restricted to Admins.
