If you're looking for a true workhorse of a truck, you can't go wrong with a Ford F-150. This long-standing favourite is now available in Australia again. Let's take a look at the 2023 Ford F-150 price in Brisbane.

2023 Ford F-150 Price in Brisbane

The Ford F-150 is available in XLT or Lariat. The default option on both models is a Double Cab Pick-Up with a short wheelbase. Both come standard with the 3.5-liter Twin Turbo Ecoboost 10AT engine, but the XLT has Part-Time 4×4 while the Lariat comes with Full-Time 4WD.

The XLT includes a Tough Bed spray-in bedliner and the 4.5T tow bar with an integrated trailer brake controller, and the starting price is about $119,000. The Lariat adds a power twin-panel moonroof, power tailgate, heated and ventilated front seats, an upgraded 12-inch centre LCD touchscreen, and the new Intelligent Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop & Go, starting at around $154,000.

Upgraded Wheelbase

If you need extra room in the bed of your truck, you can upgrade either model to the long wheelbase for $995. This takes your wheelbase from 145 inches to 157 inches. If you regularly need to haul larger loads, it's a huge time-saver to be able to easily secure everything inside the longer truck bed.

Stylish Colour

If you want your truck to be any colour other than Oxford White, it is an extra $700. In the XLT, you can choose from Agate Black, Iconic Silver, Antimatter Blue, or Carbonised Gray. For the Lariat, you get an additional option of Rapid Red.

Interior Finishes

The XLT interior has cloth seats, with 12-way power seat adjustment on both the driver and passenger side, including power lumbar adjustment. The front passenger seat also has 2-way manual reclining settings. The rear seat is a 60/40 split bench, which allows you to configure it based on what you need to carry in the cabin, giving you more flexibility in how you carry your cargo.

The Lariat brings luxurious leather-accented seats with 12-way power adjustment and memory settings for the driver seat, steering wheel, and pedals. The passenger seat also includes power adjustment, and the seats are heated. A leather-wrapped steering wheel offers a comfortable grip, and the power-sliding rear window and twin-panel moonroof allow you to let some air in with the touch of a button.

Added Comforts

Both models provide a mobile office space with an interior work surface for those who need to work out of their truck. The Lariat adds extra touches of convenience like wireless charging and rain-sensing windscreen wipers.

A full-colour touchscreen (8-inch in the XLT and 12-inch in the Lariat) lets you connect to your smartphone through Android Auto or Apple CarPlay as well as access the navigation system to get you where you need to go, and the digital instrument cluster (8-inch in the XLT and 12-inch in the Lariat) ensures you have the information you need while you're driving.

The Ford F-150 is a capable, heavy-duty truck that will handle anything you throw at it. If you want a workhorse truck that you won't be afraid to get dirty, the XLT is a great bet. If you want something a little more luxurious and upscale, with all the bells and whistles, you should take a good look at the Lariat.
