A growing number of bispecific fragment formats have been reported. Many bispecific fragments lack Fc domain, they have short half-life and may need more frequent dosing than conventional IgGs. Based on which, many BsAb fragments can be engineered to extend their half-life by adding CH3 domain or Fc region. This class of bispecific molecules includes Diabody-Fc (Cat. BSDBF), Tandem scFv-Fc (Cat. BSFVF), scDiabody-Fc (Cat. SCDBF), Diabody-CH3 (Cat. BSDBC), scDiabody-CH3 (Cat. SCDBC), etc.
