Hair massage oil recipes

 

Use a base of olive, sunflower, coconut, almond or lavender oil. Or you can combine them. Try different combinations to find out what you think is best for your scalp and also appeals to your sense of smell the most.

Alternative recipes for hair oil massage

 

As an alternative to the pure oil mixtures, you can also  髮尾油 mix your base oil with honey in a ratio of 3:1 or 3:2.

 

Another option is to take a ripe, peeled avocado, add a spoonful of honey and some oil and mix into a paste. This is very moisturizing and cleansing.

 

How to treat yourself to an oil hair massage

 

Massage your scalp with fingertips covered in the oil blend. If your fingers feel dry, apply more oil.

Massage your scalp in firm circular motions, making sure to move your skin across your skull and not just your fingertips across the skin's surface.

Keep massaging the hair for at least 10 minutes, longer is better.

When the massage is complete, wrap a warm towel around your scalp, cover all your hair and leave on for 30 minutes.

Wash and care.
