When Reginald Wayne Miller was born back in 1965, he had deformities in his sides which triggered him to walk awkwardly. He used many years of his youth needing to use particular braces to help him in strolling, but he'd eventually keep these things removed when his leg strength had produced enough. Reggie grew up within an running household together with his older cousin, Cheryl, helping as his competitor throughout his childhood.
