How often do I walk or run

I don’t run anymore Iam unable to make use of my legs anymore like I used to left leg is particularly parliament paralyzed from the Drs negative negligence of that inpact on me and now they wont help me find out what the real reasons are behind why I have all my pain we know it’s cancer but why its numb no feeling and pain all the time.
