[David Hooper]: Oh, where do I begin? The journey hasn't been without its hurdles. From navigating the intricacies of regulations to dealing with unexpected changes mid-process, it's been a rollercoaster ride. The legal battles that slowed down the rollout of the cannabis market in New York were particularly frustrating. However, I've learned to approach these challenges with resilience and a focus on solutions rather than dwelling on setbacks.

[David Hooper]: It's certainly not easy, but I remind myself that this industry is still in its infancy. The New York Office of Cannabis Management is new, and like any new venture, there are bound to be growing pains. Instead of dwelling on the shortcomings, I choose to focus on the progress we've made and the potential for positive change. Rather than pointing fingers, I believe in working collaboratively to address issues and improve the system for everyone involved.
