Chef Faisal courageously left a highly-paid job and gave up a successful, ten-year banking career to follow his passion for cooking. This love for food paved his way to becoming a successful culinary expert and consultant. For the past twelve years, Chef Faisal has mentored and tutored business owners of restaurants across the fast food, casual, and fine dining sectors in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. He runs a highly successful F&B business and is the founder of Chef Faisal consultancy and has helped consult over 115 restaurants throughout the gulf.

One of the things that set Chef Faisal apart from other chefs is his ability to blend different cuisines and flavors to create unique and delicious dishes. He is equally skilled in traditional French techniques as well as modern molecular gastronomy, allowing him to create truly one-of-a-kind dishes that are both visually stunning and delicious. The Saudi master chef has developed & created over 2415 original recipes to his credit.
