You can spend 50 million Gil on this mount, and FFXIV Gil nobody will judge you for it. So here’s how to get the Magitek Avenger G1 to mount in Final Fantasy XIV.

Since 2010, Final Fantasy XIV has found ridiculous ways to make players shamefully empty their Gil pockets. Their latest move? The undeniably cool-looking Magitek Avenger G1.

Magitek armor was introduced as a plot and playstyle device in A Realm Reborn. It looks fantastic, it’s mountable, and it even talks sometimes. I don’t care if it was Cid over the radio. It spoke.

Their latest patch introduces a new Magitek-themed mount: the Magitek Avenger G1. Its name alone is irresistible.

So, the real question stands. How can you get the Magitek Avenger G1 to mount in Final Fantasy XIV?

How much does the Magitek Avenger G1 mount cost in Final Fantasy XIV?

For starters, you will need to be rolling in Gil. The Magitek Avenger G1 is one of -if not the- most expensive mounts in the game. You’ll need to spare 50 million Gil at a shop to get it.

It’s definitely not a low-cost purchase.

Luckily for you, there are many ways in which you can increase your income and get your hands on the Magitek Avenger G1 in no time.

In fact, you’ll get near that number just by completing the main storyline and doing some daily roulettes. If you’re still nowhere near 50 million, you might want to learn tricks to make the most out of the Market board. Try selling some of your crafts!

How to get the Magitek Avenger G1 mount in Final Fantasy XIV?

The Magitek Avenger G1 in Final Fantasy XIV is available for purchase in Mor Dhona.

Ready to spend some coins? Of course, by some, I mean all of it.

Final Fantasy XIV’s latest patch adds a new vendor at Mor Dhona: Edelina. She can be found at the following coordinates (X:22.1 Y:4.9).

Just so we are extra clear: she’s sitting at the northmost part of the map. You’ll find the Luxury Trader next to Azena, the Foreign Merchant.

Speak to her to activate her menu. Then, choose the “Purchase Luxuries” option.

Well, at least they acknowledge it is something for the rich.

I’m sure you’ll spot the Magitek Avenger G1 right between the other two 50 million items in Edelina’s shop.

Off to ride this mount like the fancy but badass Final Fantasy XIV Gil magitek user you are.
